By accessing and using this site, you agree to pledge allegiance to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting, so please review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

All Rules and Terms of Service apply to all users accessing the site, including Renkilia authority figures. Renkilia reserves the right to remove any privileges, or prohibit the use of the site to any user at any time. Users who, or try to, ignore or bypass the Rules or Terms of Service will be punished according to their crime. Punishment can range from being frozen, chat-banned or banned from Renkilia completely. Users have the right to know why they have been punished, and cannot be refused information by a staff member. However, friends of users may not ask for them. If that happens, the information will be kept as “classified” to all but the accused.

As a user, you do not own the site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements on Renkilia; they are for users to play with while on Renkilia. Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, users cannot sell them, give them to anyone, trade them for anything, or pretend they made them. All site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements are the property of Renkilia and its respective owners, and should not be plagiarized or copied. Users may create their own ideas, however, and base them off anything owned by Renkilia, such being drawings, animals, and pet design.

All content and media displayed on and within Renkilia belongs to Renkilia and its respective owners. Therefore users are not permitted, or authorized, to sell, trade, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute media in any way, or by any means, possible.

By uploading or otherwise submitting any media (site software, designs, text, graphical material, flash media and/or other copyrightable elements) to Renkilia you automatically grant Renkilia a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology the submission in question. To the extent that portions of Renkilia provides users an opportunity to post and/or exchange media using any form of communication, please be advised that these postings do not necessarily reflect the views of Renkilia. Although Renkilia authority periodically monitor exchanged and posted media created by users within all forms of communication, in no event does Renkilia assume or have any responsibility or liability for any posted media said by any individual other than Renkilia authority figures. Users remain solely responsible for the posting and content of their media. Nonetheless, Renkilia authority figures will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all forms of communication serve to the best interests of all users and Renkilia reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse to post any data that violates the Rules and Terms of Service, as well as revoke the privileges of any user who does not comply with the Rules and Terms of Service.

Users hereby understand and agree that Renkilia does not allow media, in any form of communication, that contain:
• Profanity, obscenities or explicit content that minors are not allowed to hear
• Comments or opinions about other people or things that slander, defame, threaten, insult or harass another user
• Slanderous, defamatory, content-obscene, pornographic, threatening or harassing suggestions, comments and/or images
• Links to third-party websites
• Information on downloading auto scripts or obtaining secret or exclusive features
• S.P.A.M. (Stupid, Pointless, Annoying, Messages), scams or flooded/repeated messages

Communication in question includes, but is not limited, to:
• Forum threads
• Forum messages
• Message subject
• Message body
• User names
• User profiles
• User signatures
• Pet names
• Pet profiles

Users hereby understand and agree that Renkilia follows and adears to the rules laid down by COPPA Federal Law. Please read and understand the rules laid down within this Law. Failure to do so will result in your account being removed from Renkilia.
